Saray May
LPC, Mental Health Therapist
Sarah is a born and raised Texan who moved to Boise, Idaho, two years ago to join her husband after he accepted a job opportunity. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston–Downtown, focusing on mental health, psychology, and sociology.
With ten years in education, including more than five years as a classroom educator, Sarah has experience supporting others’ mental and physical well-being. Though new to community-based rehabilitation, she is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, strengthen social and functional skills, and increase independence. She takes a whole-person approach, blending practical skill-building and physical activity to support lasting wellness.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys creating art, spending time outdoors—camping, biking, or hiking—and cherishes moments with her husband, two dogs, and close friends and family. Her love for creativity, connection, and growth inspires her approach to helping clients thrive
