Billing:

If you do not have insurance coverage, Noble Intent offers private pay rates.

Payment:

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payments.

Insurance:

Service may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plans. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

Does my plan reimbursed for out of network providers?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How any sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Cancellation Policy:

Late Cancellations and No Show Policy: Two (2) missed appointments or late cancels with less than 24 hour notice may result in termination of care in our clinic. Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged a fee of $125 per visit.
