Kayleena received her medical records certificate from University of Phoenix through a

medical billing and coding program. She found her passion working at Blue Cross Blue

Shield, where she gained most of her experience as a senior representative.

Kayleena has a patient and clarifying approach helping clients navigate complex

insurance plans to ensure a clear understanding of coverage.



In her free time, Kayleena enjoys reading, spending time with her girlfriend, their three

dogs, and family. She loves going to farmers markets, concerts, and spending the day at

the lake paddle boarding.
