"Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a compassionate, trauma-informed
approach to her work with individuals, teens, and families. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree
in Psychology from Boise State University before relocating to Arizona to complete her Master’s
degree. She has since returned to Boise, where she continues her clinical work.
Nicole has extensive experience supporting at-risk children, adolescents, and families within the
community. She has co-facilitated teen groups and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), led
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups, and is trained in a domestic violence batterer
intervention curriculum. Her background allows her to effectively support clients navigating
complex emotional and relational challenges.
Nicole enjoys working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, selfesteem concerns, relationship difficulties, or the effects of trauma. She strives to create a safe,
supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Nicole’s goal is to help individuals
build resilience, strengthen their sense of self, and develop healthier, more fulfilling
relationships, empowering them to create meaningful and lasting change.
Her therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based modalities,
including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and DBT skills.
She tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs, offering a personalized and empathetic
approach to healing.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her fiancé, walking along the
Greenbelt, and being in nature. When she’s not outdoors, she can often be found at home
cuddling up with her two cats."
