Haili earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and is currently

enrolled at Grand Canyon University for her masters in social work, with the goal of

becoming a child therapist. Haili is deeply committed to advocating for children and

families and making a meaningful impact in her community. She has over four years of

experience working with young children in early childhood settings, where she supports

their social, emotional, and developmental growth. She has a strong background in

working with children who have experienced trauma and behavioral challenges and helping

them gain confidence.

Haili is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where

each child feels safe, valued, and supported. In her free time she is with her friends and

family, outdoors, reading a book or baking something new.
