Emma Anderson, LMSW, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University. As a licensed master social worker, she specializes in addressing mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, and ADHD.
Emma brings a range of experiences to her practice, having worked with individuals dealing with domestic violence, legal stressors, and a spectrum of mental and behavioral health concerns. She is dedicated to helping both youth and adults heal, grow, and achieve life fulfillment and lasting happiness. Emma's therapeutic approach involves a variety of evidence-based strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). She is passionate about helping clients build positive self-identity, recognize their self-worth, and improve confidence as a foundation for overcoming obstacles and achieving personal growth.
Outside of her professional work, Emma enjoys fly fishing with her husband, bird watching, and spending time with her little dog, Beanie.
